Calm your anxiety. Find its root.

For the first time, calm yourself on your own — with a smart, completely new method.

The first app where EMDR bilateral stimulation is joined with a chat — plus a few very modern methods to make your life better: an assistant that remembers every conversation and knows their order, your pulse during the conversation, the SUD scale, an event map and real nature in the background. In your browser, nothing to install.

What's different here

Four things no other chat has.

Not another chat with a timer. A tool that sees what's happening in your body, measures what changes, and puts it on a map.

PulseHRV· during the conversation
01 · Pulse and HRV in the chat

The assistant sees what your body is doing.

Connect a heart-rate sensor and your pulse and HRV show up right in the conversation, with a chart. The assistant takes it into account: when your body calms down, it knows before you do. No subscription. Measuring and understanding your data is free.

02 · SUD scale

A number that shows whether it helped.

Before and after each round, say how heavy it feels, from 0 to 10. It's the core EMDR measure, and no other chat has it. In your journal you see how it changes over weeks and months.

03 · Event map

A map that shows where you are with each topic.

Every topic you work on lands on the map: how heavy it was at the start, how heavy it is now, how much has already let go. Average SUD and the trend across all topics. For the first time you see your whole picture, not one conversation after another. Nobody else has this.

04 · Real nature

Video and sound from real places.

No generated images in the background. High-quality video filmed in real places around the world, and sound recorded in nature. Your nervous system can tell real from artificial, even if you can't.

Nature

A background that calms, not entertains.

Pick a place and a sound. The stimulation happens inside it. The same scenes as in the app: real, filmed and recorded on location.

Sample session

This is what one round with the assistant looks like.

Not a timer that just counts. A conversation that knows which step you're on, sees your pulse and writes down what changed.

AssistantHi. How do you feel right now, from 0 to 10?
About a 6. Restless since this morning, something in my chest.
AssistantPulse 78, a bit above your resting level. Before we start: one place where you feel calm?
By the sea, early in the morning.
AssistantTurning on the sea and 40 seconds of stimulation. Follow the ball, I'm here. You can talk too.
stimulation · 40 s · pulse 78 → 66
AssistantWhat changed?
Lighter. About a 4. My chest isn't tight anymore.
AssistantNoted: SUD 6 → 4, pulse 78 → 66, the sea. On the map, "restlessness" moved toward the processed side. Next time we start from here.
A sample. The real conversation is yours.

Voice

You can just talk.

No need to type. Say how you feel and the assistant answers by voice. In English or whichever language is easier for you, in the same conversation.

  • Stimulation, pulse, HRV, SUD and journal: free, always.
  • Conversation with the assistant, typed or by voice: from your wallet, pay as you go.
  • Top up when you want, any amount from €1 to €500. Nothing renews by itself.
  • If the wallet is empty, nothing disappears: journal, pulse and stimulation keep working.
Create an account
Why not a subscription?Because EMDR isn't a daily routine. Sometimes you need it three times a week, sometimes not for a month. Paying for a month in which you do nothing is silly.
What exactly do you pay for? Each conversation with the assistant. You see what it costs before and after: the wallet shows the balance after every entry. No hidden fees.
"Very smart" modeFor harder conversations you can switch on a more powerful model. It costs more, and the app tells you before switching it on.

"I built this for myself. I needed a tool that doesn't just move a dot, but sees my pulse, tells me what to do next and remembers what happened yesterday. I'm the first user, and I use it every day."

Questions

What people usually ask

What is EMDR?
A method where, by following a moving dot or a sound that alternates left and right, the brain finds it easier to process hard memories and calm down. Therapists have used it for more than 30 years. chatEMDR does it in the browser, with the assistant beside you.
What is bilateral stimulation?
A rhythmic movement, sound or touch alternating between left and right: your eyes follow the ball, or a click in your headphones moves from ear to ear. It's used in the EMDR method. Many people use it simply to calm down.
Which sensor do I need for the pulse?
A Bluetooth heart-rate sensor, for example Polar Verity Sense. Without a sensor everything else works the same; the pulse chart just doesn't show.
Is it really free?
Stimulation, pulse, SUD and journal: yes, always, and stimulation even without an account. You only pay for the conversation with the assistant, and every new account gets a €2 gift to try it. There is no subscription.
Which languages does it work in?
English, typed and by voice. The assistant understands and speaks 70+ more languages, in the same conversation.
What happens to my entries?
They are stored encrypted in your account and nobody else can see them. They are not used for ads and not sold. You can delete any entry or the whole account at any time.
How is the assistant different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT doesn't see your pulse, doesn't know you're in the middle of stimulation, and doesn't remember what happened a week ago. The assistant sees your journal, pulse, SUD and map, knows which step you're on, and continues from where you left off.

Try it now. The assistant — whenever you want.
